In charge in coordinating recruitment with agency and hiring manager for screening, interview and administration tasks.
Planning and attending all the related recruitment activities (eg: Career fair)
Issuance of offer and coordinating the onboarding, orientation and work pass application
Administrative task on the employee data, leave records, timesheets.
Employees medical benefits management and report submission.
Support monthly Dinner when required
Other duties as required.
Requirements
1 year experience in Human Resource or related HR admin function
Diploma or Degree in Business or Human Resource
