Job Description





Responsibilities

  • In charge in coordinating recruitment with agency and hiring manager for screening, interview and administration tasks.
  • Planning and attending all the related recruitment activities (eg: Career fair)
  • Issuance of offer and coordinating the onboarding, orientation and work pass application
  • Administrative task on the employee data, leave records, timesheets.
  • Employees medical benefits management and report submission.
  • Support monthly Dinner when required
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements
  • 1 year experience in Human Resource or related HR admin function
  • Diploma or Degree in Business or Human Resource
