:The CompanyOur client, a global MNC in the luxury fashion industry is looking for an Assistant HR Manager on a 1 year contract basis, to join the team as the company expands their operations in the region.The RoleYou will be involved in the full spectrum of human resource function and a be a strategic partner to grow the business. Your task will include business partnering, implementing HR strategies, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations as well as taking part in HR projects which supports employee wellbeing, engagement and retention.Your ProfileYou should have a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or related field, with 5 years of relevant HR experience within a retail environment.
