The Company
Our client, a global and well-known MNC in the luxury retail industry is looking for an Assistant HR Manager on a 1-year contract basis.

The Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the HR operations within the company, mainly focusing on Singapore operations and supporting the regional operations activities. You will be involved in the employee life cycle, which includes but not limited to managing onboarding for new joiners, reviewing employee handbook, maintaining the employee records, verifying accuracy of payroll, manage annual salary review, overseeing employee relation matters, coordinating employee engagement events, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.

Your Profile
You should possess a degree in Business or Human Resource Management with 5 years of relevant hands-on experience. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be an independent team player, have good communication skills, are proactive, driven and resourceful.
