  • Managing a team, provide leadership in human resource operations
  • Assessing and identifying the gaps in its HR needs, provide lead in project initiatives to address the business\' gaps in the areas of recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, performance management, staff engagement, etc.
  • Review and improvement of policies are also part of the work, you initiate reviews and formulation of policies relevant to the business\' evolving needs. The work encompasses a mix of strategic elements and overseeing the day-to-day HR operations.
  • Assist in implementation of HR system / process streamlining
  • Grievance management, labor and discipline related case work management
