Support in HR functions which includes recruitment, learning and development, appraisal, payroll, CPF and employee relations activities.
Oversee and manage performance appraisal exercise to improve efficiency.
Responsible for developing Learning and Development (L&D) programs and conducting Training Needs Analysis to improve staff performance.
Assist in implementing and developing HR practices and policies which aligned with company\'s objectives
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company standards
Manage the CEO/COO calendar to coordinate meetings/ appointments.
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO/COO.
Coordinate and communicate with cross departments and all levels of staff on matters as directed by the CEO/COO.
Maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters/issues.
Ad doc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor or Diploma in Secretarial Studies/ Business Administration/ Human Resource Management or equivalent
With 2 - 4 years of HR experience as well as secretarial admin experience
