Job Description

Working hours: 9.15am - 6.15pm
Location : Genting Lane (between Geylang Bahru & Mattar MRT)

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing requests, grievances, or other HR issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection, as well as onboarding and offboarding process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of talent
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies and procedures across the company
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain staff welfare and benefits programs
• Assess training needs of staff with Heads of Depts and to monitor and execute the staff training plan
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance relating to human resource management

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources with full spectrum of HR knowledge including Training & Development, Payroll, Recruitment, Com & Ben, MOM / Gov's rules & regulations and or equivalent
• Possess good communication skills; able to work in fast paced environment
• Able to start immediately
