Main Responsibilities:
Provide strategic input into the development of annual marketing plans, recruitment targets and budget for the domestic market
Achieve student recruitment targets and report on performance against key initiatives and enrolment targets
Deliver domestic market insight and accurate forecasts through regular and detailed reports
Coordinate, participate and evaluate student marketing and recruitment strategies and campaign activities, including joint activities
Contribute to marketing material and content including social media marketing and communications
Work closely with the Admissions team regarding student applications and acceptance process
Supervise and work closely with the Marketing Officer to handle domestic student pipeline management and in market partner engagement
Requirements:
Relevant higher education and proven marketing and B2C/ B2B sales experience
Demonstrated knowledge and experience working in the education sector to develop sales and recruitment strategies that deliver against agreed student targets
Proven ability to initiate and implement account and channel management strategies and tactics which have made a significant contribution to sustainable business growth
Competent MS skills with the ability to grasp new systems easily and quickly
May require to travel for recruitment events
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
