Job Description





Responsibilities

  • Handle and perform the full spectrum of HR functions, which includes talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning & development, performance management
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategies
  • Report and work with HR manager on manpower planning, acquisition and timely deployment to support business operations
  • Assist and implement HR policies, procedures and systems in line with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s business goals
  • Review and enhance the performance management system to drive and reward performance
  • Undertake projects and support any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by management\xef\xbb\xbf

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years in handling in HR full spectrum
  • Degree in Human Resource
  • Able to work under minimal supervision
