Handle and perform the full spectrum of HR functions, which includes talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning & development, performance management
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategies
Report and work with HR manager on manpower planning, acquisition and timely deployment to support business operations
Assist and implement HR policies, procedures and systems in line with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s business goals
Review and enhance the performance management system to drive and reward performance
Undertake projects and support any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by management\xef\xbb\xbf
Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 3 years in handling in HR full spectrum
Degree in Human Resource
Able to work under minimal supervision
