Support in the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, learning and development and payroll management
Liaise with local authorities on employment matters including workpass applications and/or government-related claims
Support in monthly payroll processing where required
Assist in recruitment and onboarding process, including but not limited to, advertisement, application screening and interview coordination
Support academic administration including faculty contracts, payments and follow up on faulty employment matters
Other duties as assigned and/or required
Qualifications
Preferably Diploma in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
At least 2 years of relevant HR experience
Familiar with employment legislation and payroll will be advantageous
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
