Roles & Responsibilities Your Role We are looking for an innovative and dedicated technical manager to optimize the performance of our company's computer information systems. The ideal candidate should currently be at least a Technical Lead / Lead Software Engineer or equivalent.
What Will You Do

• Performing analyses on Computer Information System (CIS) efficiency and integration.
• Reporting to management on CIS development, implementation, and progress.
• Collaborating with development teams and departments, as well as incorporating user feedback.
• Ensuring CIS innovation and implementation.
• Managing support teams and evaluating performance metrics.
• Overseeing CIS user-testing and adjustments.
• Ensuring that products and services are delivered on time and within budget.
• Managing software and hardware installations and upgrades.
• Maintaining computer network infrastructure and ensuring network security.

What Do We Want

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT / Technology
• At least 3-4 years of technical experience as Lead Sofware Engineering/ Technical Lead
• Technical skills include proven object-oriented programming experience with Java and C++
• Working Level Java programming experience is a MUST. (Core Java, J2EE)
• Must have hands-on experience with Web Application.
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and able to communicate well with various stakeholder.
• Experience from SI is an added advantage
