Responsible in daily smooth operation in the restaurant . Ensure good and prompt service to satisfy customers' needs . Lead a team and doing scheduling to achieve optimal productivity . Analyse and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner . Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock when needed . Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety. . Other adhoc duties as assigned Requirement: .
