What You'll Do:
? Be the
go-to person
for key clients - manage relationships, understand their needs, and exceed expectations
? Develop and execute
account strategies
that drive sales and profitability
? Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
? Collaborate with internal teams - Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Logistics - to deliver seamless service
? Lead a team of merchandisers, ensuring excellence at every touchpoint
? Launch new products and promotions, backed by data and market insights
? Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
? Track KPIs, monitor account performance, and report on sales forecasts and progress
What You Bring:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
3+ years of experience in
Modern Trade key account management
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM tools
