Assist current mechanics evaluate mechanical problems and inspect repairs completion.
Assemble / commission all types of construction equipment relating to company's operations.
Identify, assess, and take reasonable practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable
safety/mechanical risk arising from the workplace or work process.
Ensure mechanics are adhering to company's safety rules and regulations.
Evaluate mechanical problems in machinery using various diagnostic equipment.
Assist current mechanics evaluate mechanical problems and inspect repairs completion.
Overhaul, rebuild, replace, or repair major machinery components, assemblies including
engines, hydraulic main pumps etc.
Estimate timeline, spares, resources required to perform major repairs.
Analyze engine/hydraulic performance and perform tune-ups as needed.
Maintain accurate, updated preventive / corrective maintenance records and programs.
Manage predictive machinery excellence programs
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITE Certification in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
8-10 years of working experience
Experience in maintenance / repair heavy machineries
In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment diagnostics and mechanical / hydraulic systems.
Construction experience
Able to diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs independently.
Ability to operate equipment and tools involved in machinery repair.
