Job Description


  • 5.5 Days (Monday - Alternate Saturday) ( 7am - 4pm, 7am - 11am )
  • Boon Lay / Island-wide (Project Site)
  • Mechanical / Engineering / Automotive / M&E / Hands-On Role
  • Construction / Maintenance / Repair / Heavy Machineries

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITE Certification in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
  • 8-10 years of working experience
  • Experience in maintenance / repair heavy machineries
  • In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment diagnostics and mechanical / hydraulic systems.
  • Construction experience would be an advantage.
  • Able to diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs independently.
  • Ability to operate equipment and tools involved in machinery repair.
Jobs Scope:
  • Allocate jobs to mechanics and supervise work progress regularly.
  • Perform required preventive/corrective maintenance task.
  • Assist current mechanics evaluate mechanical problems and inspect repairs completion.
  • Assemble / commission all types of construction equipment relating to company\'s operations.
  • Identify, assess, and take reasonable practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable
  • safety/mechanical risk arising from the workplace or work process.
  • Ensure mechanics are adhering to company\'s safety rules and regulations.
  • Evaluate mechanical problems in machinery using various diagnostic equipment.
  • Assist current mechanics evaluate mechanical problems and inspect repairs completion.
  • Overhaul, rebuild, replace, or repair major machinery components, assemblies including
  • engines, hydraulic main pumps etc.
  • Estimate timeline, spares, resources required to perform major repairs.
  • Analyze engine/hydraulic performance and perform tune-ups as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, updated preventive / corrective maintenance records and programs.
  • Manage predictive machinery excellence programs
