Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle company legal matters including contracts, legal and compliance issues
- Advise stakeholders on legal matters
- Work with stakeholders to support company\'s compliance matters
- Any adhoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Law and admitted to the Singapore Bar
- At least 2 years of working experience in law firms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly ethical, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf
