Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Perform all incoming / receiving related activities including break bulk, verification of goods, labelling and locate into storage.
• Perform all outgoing job tasks including preparation, checker, packing verification of pallet and loading/unloading of containers.
• Prepare weekly/monthly logistic data for cargo tracking and month-end closing.
• Ensure all functions and processes are in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
• Responsible for carrying out process studies, recommendation on process improvement and executing them for constant work improvements.
• Carry out inventory stock taking management.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor and manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management or related discipline.
• Mo prior experience is required as on the job training is provided.
• Good initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS office.
