Job Description

- Position Title: Assistant Operations Executive/ Assistant Sea Freight Operations Executive
- Working Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Tiong Bahru)
- Working Hours: 5.25 days, Mon - Fri (8.30 am - 5.30 pm), Alternate Saturdays (8.30 am - 12.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Handling of shipping documents & permits.
- Shipment arrival/delivery arrangements.
- Shipment coordination with overseas agents/suppliers/customers/carriers.
- Preparation of costings/invoices for completed shipments.
- Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking associates.
