Job Summary:

• Company background: Logistics/Freight forwarding
• Working location: West Singapore
• Working days & hrs: 5 days, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
• Salary range: up to SGD 4400

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for warehouse management, projects, all inbound and outbound operations
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and attend to any problems
• Manage an accurate inventory of warehouse materials
• Support all special projects with proper reporting of progress
• Ensure full inventory records of all spares and stock in the warehouse are maintained
• Adhere to company guidelines regarding spare and stock handling, shipping and receiving
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
• Ensure discrepancies and errors are swiftly investigated and resolved
• Ensure logistics and warehouse team follow inbound, outbound logistics material and process flows
• Support activities in Options Pick Pack and Ship, Logistics and overall Operations
• Managing of customers in term of Inbound Receiving / Issue and WMS program
• Tracking and driving inventory results for the site working with management and customer teams
• Manage and conduct audits at 3PL sites ensuring the quality and accuracy of stock
• Develops, improves and enforces compliance with procedures for material handling
• Ensures compliance with all domestic and international regulatory
• Investigates loss/damage/shortage of finished goods inventory or inbound/outbound freight
• Perform periodic cycle counts and annual full Physical Inventory count
• Establishes department goals/ measurements and manages resources to achieve goals.
• Maintains performance metrics for area of responsibility
• Manages people, processes, compliance activities, and associate development as required by the job
• Directly manage a group of Logistics (in office) and material handling team(warehouse) to include employee management, performance measurement, development, motivation and recognition
• Ensures quality standards achieved
• Identifies and drives process improvements
• Provide periodic KPI reports to management
• Performs other duties as assigned
