You will be involved in/to:

• Systematic troubleshooting and isolation of equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime & preventing reoccurrence.
• Working with Equipment Engineer to establish effective preventive maintenance program and troubleshooting guide.
• Assist PM Team on any technical issues encountered during Preventive Maintenance
• Training and guiding Junior Assistant Maintenance Engineer and Preventive Maintenance Technician in systematic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skill.
• Participating in continuous improvement project (CIP) to achieve best in class in Safety, Quality Service and Cost.
• Working closely with shift Process and Production personnel to ensure key performance Indices are met.

Profile

You are suitable for this role if you are/ have:

• Diploma in Electronics /Electrical /Mechanical /Mechatronics Engineering with minimum 2-5 years relevant hands-on working experience on CVD Equipment.
• Proficient in electrical and electronics troubleshooting.
• Able to work in a cross functional team.
• Familiar with AMAT Producer / Novellus Concept1 /Concept 2 / WJ tool will be an added advantage.
• Technical skills includes problem-solving, Statistical data analysis and FMEA.
• Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools such as MS office and other similar software tools.
