Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities

• Conduct day to day inspection activities/ checking building wear & tear and defects. To prepared and submit monthly report on inspection finding and equipment life cycle and overhaul plan (if any)
• Maintain a preventative/routine maintenance schedule ensure all facilities operate efficiently and conforms to operating standards.
• Maintain a listing of all items in inventory. Coordinate replenishment to ensure parts and supplies are available when needed.
• To monitor and coordinate all licence renewal promptly which included annual electrical shutdown, building fire equipment maintenance and inspection of lift, water tank inspection etc
• To liase with Vendor etc Safety Officer,Fire Safety Manager,LEW/ on monthly inspection finding and follow up on required rectification
• Performed Hands-on in meeting to repairs/complaints on electrical services, plumbing and sanitary requests of assigned facilities
• Attends to emergency breakdown maintenance call after office hours/public holiday
• Track and maintain electrical usage record

Requirements

• Diploma/Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or technical related filed
• At least 2 year's working experience in related field.
• Knowledge of electrical works and facility management.
• Technology savvy and proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal employees and outside vendors.
