Roles & Responsibilities
The Die Maintenance Area Supervisor is responsible for the direct workforce along with maintenance, die tryout and repair of major stamping dies including sub assembly, progressive and/or blanking dies. The selected candidate will supervise UAW skilled trade employees and assist in team building. He/she will be required to work well with all levels of management and staff, resolve problems using root cause analysis and plan and prioritize work to support World Class Manufacturing initiatives.
Working from Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Overtime required
Minimum Education in Die tooling, Technical skill in ITE, NTC2
