* Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding * Position Title: Customer Service Assistant Manager/ Assistant Manager (3PL Logistics) * Working Location: Buroh Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding Position Title: Customer Service Assistant Manager/ Assistant Manager (3PL Logistics) Working Location: Buroh Crescent (Transport provided at Jurong East MRT) Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon-Fri 8.30 am-5.30 pm Alternate Sat 8.30 am-12.30 pm) Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + Meal Allowance + Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Lead the team of Customer Service Supervisors, Officers, and Assistants to process order requests from customers Actively engage with customers to resolve feedback to ensure a high level of satisfaction Monitor and forecast dip/surge in container/ cargo/ material/ inventory and movement Liaise with customers on container/cargo/material/ inventory and other administrative and customer service duties Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and third parties to process order requests from customers Maintain all shipping and tracking records of customer inventory and movement accurately Develop, maintain and submit a variety of reports periodically or as and when required Perform monthly billing to customers Involve in Management of Change process in relation to streamlining of customer services procedures Take part in the planning of major customer events such as annual stock take, audit, and supplier management review Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time APPLY NOW!!
