Adecco is partnering a global logistics and supply chain management company, specializes in freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution services across various industries!The OpportunityAdecco is partnering with a Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management company, we are looking for Warehouse Manager / Assistant Manager (Contract Logistics) to join their business! Reporting to the Senior Warehouse Manager.

• Permanent, Full-time opportunity
• Location: West, Penjuru Lane (Transport provided at Jurong East Mrt)
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.15am to 7.45pm
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB

The Job:

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.

• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.

• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.

• Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.

• Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system.

• Prepare annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.

• Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate employees.

• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc.).

• Ensure health and safety standards are met.

The Talent:

• At least 3 years of experience as Warehouse Manager.
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
