Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:







Supports the department in administration, finance/procurement, and engagement as well as stakeholder management. Involves in internal control to ensure the compliance of the company policies and

procedures.
Handles Japanese Expatriates & Trainees Management. Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and credit control management. Ensure accuracy of accounts and that all reporting deadlines are met. Support all audit related matters including preparation of audit schedule, attend to audit queries and provide the information required by external auditor and tax agents. Other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements



Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy or other related disciplines. Good project management skills. Comfortable working with, collating and updating databases, excel sheets, datasets and numbers. Good interpersonal skills and able to manage and interact with internal and external stakeholders. * Proficiency in basic Microsoft software including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
