Provides guidance and supervises a team of admin executives and assistants, setting standards of excellence
Coordinates day-to-day administrative functions with business partners, shared service centers and third party service providers (e.g. payroll, invoicing, insurance)
Interfaces with government agencies on the administration of relevant policies
Advises management on end-to-end administrative processes, and on regulatory / audit compliance
Tracking and monitoring of performance metrics, recommending interventions as necessary
Administers license agreements, including termination and contract enforcement
Manage customer feedback with Operations and functional stakeholders
Performs HQ purchasing and cost allocation
Performs cyclical and off-cycle invoicing
Support audit activities
Support and assist ad-hoc requests from stakeholders
General office administration
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma, preferably in business administration, accounting or real estate
3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Organised and meticulous
Digitally savvy; familiarity with business systems a strong plus (e.g. SAP, POS, Tenant Management Systems, payment systems, etc.)
Familiarity with compliance matters (statutory, regulatory and audit)
Prior experience in the service industry preferred, especially in food services
