We're looking for motivated and passionate individuals who aspire to make a positive impact in the aviation industry. As part of our team, you'll ensure that airside operations-covering aircraft movements and handling on the apron, taxiways and runways-are carried out safely and seamlessly around the clock.
This is a hands-on and dynamic role where you will take ownership of a portfolio of operations and see projects through from conceptualisation to planning, procurement and execution. Your portfolio may include gate capacity planning, efficiency & safety performance management, remote bussing operations, runway closure programmes, new capabilities development and business continuity planning.
Success in this role requires more than operational know-how. You will need to apply systems thinking-seeing the big picture, understanding interdependencies, and anticipating how changes in one area impact the wider ecosystem. This means working hand-in-hand with our airside professional shift team and other airside partners, to drive operational excellence and seek continuous improvement.
Beyond day-to-day operations, you'll engage with a wide range of stakeholders-airlines, ground handlers, air traffic controllers, regulators, and fellow CAG teams. You'll need to balance diverse perspectives, align priorities, and make tough trade-offs.
We're looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced, high-staked environment-those who take initiative, embrace challenges, and push for results. If you have a proactive mindset, a problem-solver's attitude, and the drive to step outside your comfort zone, this is the place for you.
What You'll Need:
A good diploma or degree in any discipline; at least 5 years of relevant work experience preferred * Strong ability to connect the dots, identify cause-and-effect relationships, and anticipate unintended consequences
