Join Changi Airport Group's Enterprise Digital Ecosystem & Business (EDEB) division as a Strategy & Partnerships Intern under the Growth, Partnerships & Strategy (GPS) team. The GPS team plays a central role in orchestrating Changi's digital vision -- developing innovative growth strategies, securing meaningful partnerships, and optimising digital ecosystem performance. As an intern, you will get a front-row seat to how Changi reinvents the digital travel experience, and gain firsthand exposure to strategic business development, internal and external partnership orchestration, as well as performance tracking in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

• Value Proposition Growth - Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally on internal product partnerships to grow Changi's digital value propositions across travel, retail, and lifestyle domains, e.g. pilot features, bundles, or campaigns.
• Digital Ecosystem Performance - Enhance and automate how we may measure and monitor digital ecosystem metrics across multiple stakeholders and develop strategies to improve results.
• Strategic Partnerships - Support the team in securing strategic partnerships opportunities (external and internal) that enhance platform utility and user engagement.
• Voice of the Customer - Support the team in development and tracking of action items related to orchestrating this, including evaluation of suitable platforms and monitoring NPS scores and follow-up action.
• Digital Projects - Contribute to the conceptualising, testing, and rollout of digital initiatives that enhance Changi's travel, retail, and lifestyle offerings. This includes supporting pilot features, bundled experiences, and campaign execution, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with strategic goals and user needs.
• Admin & Project Tracking - Maintain meeting minutes, support project documentation, and ensure timely tracking of deliverables to keep initiatives moving smoothly.
• Other Ad-Hoc Projects - Participate in exploratory projects or undertake any other additional scope of works that align with the team's evolving strategy and experimentation roadmap.

Qualifications and Education Requirements/ Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with an interest in digital products and ecosystems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Meticulous and independent with attention to details and ability to multi-task effectively.
• Keen learner with a passion for building engaging product experiences.
• Self-starter with strong ownership and curiosity; comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Experience with user research, product launch, and/or familiarity with digital products will be a plus.
