Job Title: Assistant Manager, Ambulatory Operations
Job Type: Permanent
Job Location: South West SingaporeJob Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for the management of assigned clinical service(s) across the continuum of care, and achieving stated outcomes in customer service, volume & financial targets, processes and learning & growth perspectives.

• Manage service point operations assigned.
• Ensure that system and processes are in accordance to SOP to create a positive experience for patients along the continuum of care.
• Manage service points through annual financial budgeting and regular reviews with clinical heads, and development of new services.
• To ensure that workflows for new and existing services are reviewed, optimised and streamlined.
• Involve in development plans and expansion of outpatient IT systems through coordination with stakeholders for outpatient service standards
• Support projects and/or role development for outpatient services through procurement planning and management.
• Responsible for the new outpatient digital systems roll out and change management.
• Work with analysts in the management of outpatient-related systems.
• Work with stakeholders to optimise outpatient journey with digitization in outpatient clinics.
• Manage change requests and involved in systems testing and user acceptance tests.

Job RequirementsJob Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Work experience outpatient operations will be advantageous.
• Analytical, quantitative with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / Powerpoint.
