Overseeing daily operations to ensure a smooth and excellent guest experience, supervising and motivating staff, managing inventory and costs, and handling customer relations. This role supports the Restaurant Manager by ensuring all front-of-house and back-of-house operations adhere to high service and cleanliness standards, and by assisting in staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
3-5 years of experience in the food and beverage or a related professional area.
Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, food, and beverage offerings.
Leadership and team management skills.
