As an Assistant Architectural Manager, you will be in-charge of a team of Architecture Coordinators and BIM Modelers. You will assist the Architectural Manager in handling and overseeing the overall Architectural activities for Construction projects in Singapore: * Performance Bonus

As an Assistant Architectural Manager, you will be in-charge of a team of Architecture Coordinators and BIM Modelers. You will assist the Architectural Manager in handling and overseeing the overall Architectural activities for Construction projects in Singapore:

My Client is a well-known MainCon company, who is one of the leading builder in Singapore. They worked on an extensive range of projects - Commercial, Industrial, Leisure, Residential, and Retail. The client ensures to incorporate sustainability, safety, and quality as part of their branding and service value.

  • Manage a team of Architectural Coordinators and BIM Modellers
  • Plan, organise and supervise production of construction drawings including shop drawings submissions and approvals
  • Facilitate construction and progress on site, and liaise closely with relevant stakeholders - consultants, sub-contractors and operation teams
  • Conduct routine checks and inspections of architectural works on site to monitor work status and ensure compliance with approved design and specifications
Job Requirements
  • Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering recognsed by PE Board with more than 8 years\' relevant working experience at managerial level in managing mammoth projects.
