JOB DESCRIPTION

Support the development, review, and implementation of asset management strategies for Keppel Infrastructure Trust\xe2\x80\x99s (KIT) portfolio of assets
Support Value Creation team to develop and implement initiatives to drive business profitability and cash flow of assets
Assist in managing commercial and legal matters with internal and external stakeholders
Develop and maintain asset-level financial models
Prepare reports, papers and presentation slides to the Board and senior management
Participate in acquisition due diligence and post-deal integration
Support other KIT initiatives as and when required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in finance, accounting, economics, and business management
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably managing critical infrastructure assets
Strong financial modelling skills derived from a good understanding of accounting principles
Prior experience in ESG investing would be a plus
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
Energetic, team player with strong inter-personal skills
Excellent business reporting and PowerPoint presentation skills
