Job Description
Responsibilities
TV & Digital
- Support the reporting aspect of advertising campaigns in the following aspects:
- Retrieval and downloading of Proof of delivery clips from headend team
- Reconciliation of spot listings from LAI channels, per campaign basis
- Preparation and alignment of post campaign report with research team and agency
- Ad hoc scheduling duties for some campaigns and TV spots
- Support the reporting aspect of advertising campaigns in the following aspects:
- Retrieval and downloading of Proof of delivery screenshots
- Preparation of orderly reports for clients
- Daily revenue & expense booking/tracking/reporting
- Preparing counts for campaign insights e.g. check available deliverable count, check Insertion Order (IO) for any error before approval.
- Work closely with Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) teams for message clearance and prepare campaign delivery reports.
- Work closely with CLM teams for clearance of artwork.
- Monitor daily bill insertions status and prepare delivery reports.
- Diploma/ Degree in any discipline preferably in Business/ Marketing
- 3-5 years of experience in hands-on media sales/ partnerships
- Prior experience in television, digital and mobile advertising
- Possess technical competencies in marketing communications, sponsorship selling, data analytics and media research
- Self-motivated and result-focused.
- Clear communication skills, both written and spoken.
