Description

This is an opportunity to join a brand that has consistently delivered effective advertising campaigns that has managed to capture the attention of audiences and drive conversations in today’s challenging world of communications, especially in the insurance category. As part of the Brand Marketing team, you will be a vital member of the Strategic Marketing Department, reporting directly to the Head of Brand Marketing and working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). We are looking for a talented and bold individual who has the appetite to create work that challenges the status quo of insurance communications, and to champion the importance of insurance. This role also will expose you to both important aspects of marketing – data and creative. You will have to understand and apply data-driven customer insights and creative thinking to develop end-to-end campaigns, to drive greater action and learnings throughout the customer journey across all audience segments.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Being the brand custodian, who is responsible to drive a unified, consistent, and accurate brand positioning across all media and communication channels.
  • Developing strategies and multi-channel content for various end-to-end marketing campaigns across offline and online platforms, to strengthen brand affinity, credibility of our brand and grow our customer base.
  • Analysing the success of various campaigns and creating post-campaign reports. Success will be measured not only on the campaigns’ KPIs, but also across our overall critical brand metrics which will include trust, value, brand equity and net promoter score.
  • Providing marketing communication support to various internal stakeholders and assist them to define and achieve their marketing targets through creating strategic briefs, guiding the creative development process and overseeing the production and delivery of all assets.
  • Effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders through building strong relationships, networking and fostering cross functionality collaboration.
  • Run multiple projects independently and competently with a keen eye for detail
  • Plan and manage budgets, timelines and stakeholder approvals across key projects.

Qualifications
  • Degree in marketing/communications or any related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing and executing brand/product campaigns.
  • Proven track record of strong project management skills, delivering projects within deadlines and budgets.
  • Portfolio that has demonstrated keen understanding and sound application of marketing concepts and processes, understanding of competitive landscape and the impact of consumer trends.
  • Ability to analyse data and consumer trends to understand the needs, wants and behaviours of customers, translating them into actionable inputs for the campaigns and activities.
  • Ability to creatively think outside the box, execute effectively, take initiative, and function in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Be a team player with a solution-driven mindset, who is passionate to deliver great work.
