What the role is:[What the role is]Assistant/ Manager, Business Analyst[What you will be working on]Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for new projects or initiatives.Business Process Re-engineering: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the organization.Support change management: To support business users when changing over to the new applicationDocumentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and analysis findings.Communication: Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Functional testing: To perform functional testing individually and with business domain users on new feature / capabilities developedData entry for new features: During periods where there is a parallel run, to perform data entry into the new applications, while current start work with the existing applicationReporting: To perform comparison of data between existing application and new application to ensure data is captured correctly.[Who we are looking for]Background in IT or software product management or education in software engineer / IT / information systemsAt least three years of experience as a business analystAt least four years of experience in quality assurance / managementBackground in real estate is a big plusCertification in Design Thinking and Quality Management is a big plusIdeally some knowledge of SLA\'s land and titles managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, and business intelligence software is a big plus.Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.Basic project management skills to understand and recommend changes to project planning where applicable.Strong documentation skills to create clear and comprehensive business requirement documents and analysis reports. Experience in creating approval flows, managing spaces and documenting processes in JIRA and CONFLUENCE a big plus.About Singapore Land Authority:The mission of the Singapore Land Authority is to optimise land resources for the economic and social development of Singapore.
