This role manages five key markets across APAC and offers an unique opportunity to drive channel, category, and marketing strategies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive category strategies (Confectionery) aligned with overall business goals.
Develop and recommend tailored merchandising strategies and product assortment plans for each market.
Estimate sell-in volumes, determine optimal Recommended Selling Prices (RSPs), analyse competitor activity, and create compelling trade stories and planogram guidelines as part of the end-to-end product launch process.
Implement localized sales and marketing plans across the retail mix - including POSM, planograms, exhibits, and promotions - based on insights from internal and external data.
Collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners to execute launch strategies and optimize shelf space allocation across retail channels.
Monitor performance and conduct ROI and cost analyses to ensure effective investment across markets.
What You Bring
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with 4+ years of progressive experience in the Retail or FMCG industry. Knowledge of
Confectionery
category is highly preferred.
Strong analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in market research tools (e.g. Euromonitor, Nielsen) and familiarity with research methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Proactive, adaptable, and a problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
Advanced skills in MS Office and SAP.
