JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
Client Management:
- Conduct monthly operations review, or quarterly business review with key clients (including Operation stats, open issues, progress, etc.).
- Liaises with Clients on their requirements & assist to resolve daily problems encountered.
- Maintain high frequency of engagement with Clients to build effective and strong working relationships.
- Coordinate closely with logistics for incoming shipment tracking.
- Ensure inventory levels is within the contractual inventory holding target.
- Monitor the excess storage charges and informed the affected Clients.
- Provide timely and proper instruction to Material Management team for inventory transfer, write off, block action.
- Guide team to ensure effective delivery of team\'s goals
- Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Client Management behaviors as part of continuous learning
- 8am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)
- Boon Lay ( Company Transport)
- Manage 2 pax before
- Have supply chain and customer service background
