Position Summary

Samsung Ads is looking for a talented Client Solutions Manager, focused on our owned and operated inventory and audience extension, an individual that is a motivated self-starter and able to have the unique skillset of being both operations focused with a customer first mentality.

The individual should have a passion for Operations and process and have a pulse for new multi-channel advertising technologies. He/She must have deep digital advertising expertise; and ideally have previously worked with publishers, agencies, and advertisers in both an operations and a client facing capacity.

Your ability to interact with top advertisers and their ad agencies will be important for client satisfaction. You will have direct impact on the business through growing and managing your customer\xe2\x80\x99s campaigns in a programmatic landscape.

Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Align directly with Sales representatives to provide seamless account support from campaign launch, delivery, optimization (complete end to end).
  • Serve as lead contact for all day-to-day client communication, ensuring exceptional service and troubleshooting appropriately in a timely manner.
  • Deep understanding around client\xe2\x80\x99s KPIs and ability to monitor and optimize campaigns daily.
  • Manage tracking link testing and other QA activities for each app install campaign
  • Lead campaign kick-off meetings, manage launch timelines, and streamline communication on campaign updates, troubleshooting, optimization recommendations and final campaign review.
  • Communicate with sales, product and engineering teams on daily basis in AU and South Korea
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Samsung Ads platform and offerings to serve as the \xe2\x80\x9cgo-to\xe2\x80\x9d resource and drive upsell opportunities.
  • Produce best practices and learnings based on campaign performance, and provide clients with recommendations to drive renewal business.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team for custom ideation and marketing solutions, providing specific overview of client\xe2\x80\x99s objectives and goals.
  • Educate and guide new and existing clients on best practices, onboard new clients and proactively address areas where improvement is needed.
  • Understand the larger financial picture and drive positive impact towards Samsung Ads\xe2\x80\x99 annual sales growth.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in campaign management, optimization, and/or ad operations in a revenue generating capacity
  • Strong understanding of digital and programmatic advertising
  • Previous experience in managing digital advertising campaigns
  • Experience executing programmatic campaigns using DSPs
  • Proficiency with ad technology tools, systems, and platforms, including DSPs, DMPs, publisher or agency ad servers, and 3rd party measurement, research, and verification vendors
  • Strong communicator with ability to explain complex components in a simple and easy to follow manner
  • Must be task driven and can produce and hit key deliverable deadlines in a fast-paced environment
