Job Description


  • Oversee clinic appointments, overall staff deployment and resource allocation.
  • Ensure guidelines and procedures related to clinic services are adhered to by all relevant personnel at all times.
  • Handle PR cases at first line and assist staff in dealing with difficult situations.
  • Maintains discipline in compliance with policies.
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly reports and accuracy of clinical indicators tabulations.
Requirement
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Healthcare Management / Business Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
