Airswift is working with one of our key client, a Global manufacturer and provider of equipment and tailored solution services for Power Generation projects across the world to hire a Asst Mgr, Commercial & Project Operation (Power) to be based in Singapore.

• Responsible for supporting the project team in the APAC Region to smoothly execute the project with the overall goal to achieve pre- determined order objectives on an annual basis.
• Supporting the sales team in the APAC Region from Opportunity Development through to contract signing and Notice to Proceed.
• Provides the bridge among the Project Teams, Sales Team and Sales & Engineering in HQ to develop opportunities, support the closure of orders and support localized execution of projects.
• Maximizing orders closure and execution success on targeted accounts & technologies, as well as developing the growth of the Service and Sales business to maximize corporate profitability
• Understand customer's needs, propose solution, and aim to spec-in
• Support commercial clarifications with customers and manage and review proposal submissions
• Handle commercial matters as a commercial point of contact together with on-site project team and Japan commercial team during project implementation
• Work closely with on-site project team to assure customers expectations are exceeded
• Reviewing local labor providers / subcontractors to ensure cost effective and qualified staffing of APAC projects
• Act as commercial point of contact with clients to support, negotiate and close orders
• Create pricing market level historical database on all products/services for future proposals

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent as well as strong familiarity with turbine and generator technology
• More than 5 years' experience in technical sales and services, operations field
• Good Operations and Project Management Skills to ensure project is completed on time within budget, contractual and safety standards
• Hands-on technical support skills in power plants or industrial plants equipment is preferable
• Experience about Power Business and products, that encompass of working knowledge of parts, repairs, and maintenance services
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations
• Knowledge of site work condition and APAC countries' updated regulations relate to visas applications for site visits and project-works purposes
