To realise this vision, MOHT's mission is to design and implement innovative solutions essential for the desired health system transformation. The MOHT department of Communications, Outreach, Patient Experience and Design (COPED) was set up to develop communication and outreach campaigns to support MOHT's strategy and programmes, aligned with MOH's key thrusts and priorities for healthcare. The candidate will be part of a team that drives awareness and buy-in among various audiences through media relations, branding, digital media, community outreach, marketing communications, patient and community activation, and staff engagement. The candidate will help MOHT leadership and programme managers to project ideas for impact by delivering campaigns through communication, activation, and reducing time-to-market through design. Job Responsibilities: a) Communications Lead in Marcoms and Branding (including branding management, design, copywriting, social media, website - including supervising of outsourced artwork). Work with Director (COPED) to develop MOHT's brand image and corporate identity and derive the brand equity that differentiates MOHT's work and be a part of a team that works to develop and sustain an identity via integrated branding (positioning, messaging, narratives) corporate visioning (mission, vision, core values) and corporate identity (visual identity brand and application guide) Lead in marcoms support for MOHT's key program teams. The candidate will be the key liaison person when program teams require support for events (booths, backdrop, exhibition panels) and marcoms (posters, brochures, flyers, education materials, EDMs, marketing assets, publications, corporate collaterals, gifts) Work with Director (COPED) to develop a detailed roadmap to drive the overall delivery of MOHT projects from a Customer Experience (CX) viewpoint, by focusing on content, narratives, process, user experience and input towards the strategy and tactics Work with Director (COPED) to develop meaningful media campaigns by curating compelling media angles that are relevant, accessible and relatable to the public, based on MOHT strategic goals, direction and priorities. To be part of a team that drives awareness and buy-in among various audiences through media relations, social media, community outreach, marketing communications, staff engagement, patient, family and community activation Webmaster of MOHT website designing and developing MOHT's website and its microsites maintain website integrity, and curate content b) Programme management - Integrated General Hospital (IGH) and Data Science & Technology (DST) To work with IGH and DST teams to provide marketing and communications support (copywriting of collaterals, factsheets and media materials), multi-media platforms for outreach that includes videos, online resources and marketing materials targeted at cross-cluster care teams and end-user patients etc. To derive insights and narratives from IGH and DST projects and develop a pipeline of compelling patient, caregiver, provider, community stories for ready use on various communications platforms such as media, social media, community outreach, industry forums etc. To contribute to the curation of topics for IGH and DST's publications, aimed at developing industry and system-wide thought leadership content in the areas such as care model redesign, data and technology, and community activation. c) Internal Communications Co-lead with Director (COPED) on conversations that contribute to improved programmatic linkage across teams at MOHT with a focus on aligning communications plans and capabilities. Job Requirements: Strong degree in Communications, Social Science, Marketing or Business with good knowledge of integrated communication strategies and digital platforms Strong desire to learn new developments in public healthcare and digital technologies Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in multiple teams and coordinate efforts across different stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication Ability to work independently, and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment Experience in the healthcare industry and working knowledge of Design Thinking / UI/UX is advantageous Why Join Us At MOHT, you can look forward to contribute meaningfully to the transformation of Singapore's health system.
