In view of expansion, they are currently seeking a well qualified candidate to join them as ' Assistant Manager (Communication)'. This role covers the following responsibilities : Develop Internal Communication direction and plan, aligning with the Corporate Communication strategy Drive content management and creation to support leadership, change, culture, peer communication and more Work across and communicate with stakeholders at global and region level to manage new initiatives and projects Analyse internal channel activities and develop monthly reports to identify efficacy and areas for improvement Lead crisis communication management including drills Manage virtual meetings with region Corporate Communication team Assist with external promotional tactics execution as a secondary support Support other key initiatives and activities such as Town Hall, Global Communication Conference, ad-hoc events Work with the Creative lead to manage vendors such as production agencies (creatives) to create communication assets Requirements: Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in the disciplines of Arts & Social Sciences, Mass Communications or Marketing.
