Our client, a well-established local organization, is currently looking for a Compensation & Benefits Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team.

The Role

As Compensation and Benefits Assistant Manager, you are expected to lead organization-wide initiatives, managing increments, bonuses, and participating in remuneration surveys. You should analyze market trends to ensure the competitiveness of the salary structure. Collaborating with HR Business Partners, you should contribute to job evaluations, salary reviews, and the design of compensation programs. Additionally, you are required to oversee employee benefits, handle insurance matters, and stay updated on industry practices for compliance. In a dual role, you serve as an HR Business Partner to business units, aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives.

Your Profile

You should have a Degree in Human Resources or its equivalent and bring along with you 5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits. Candidates with HR business partnering experience will have an advantage.
