Manage all proactive and reactive media interactions. Support the head of department in crisis communications. Help manage the content of the hospital's online platforms, including websites and social media accounts. Internal Communications and publications Develop and oversee day-to-day internal communications efforts to engage internal staff Develop various collaterals such as patient education brochures, newsletters, annual reports etc. Event publicity and support Work with internal and external stakeholders to provide publicity support for events, including public forums and in-house staff events Design and develop publicity collaterals (e.g. posters, web-banners, eDMs, videos etc) Stakeholder management Coordinate all corporate visit requests, identify and liaise with the appropriate internal hosts to plan, arrange and facilitate the visit. Oversee all arrangements for administrative and logistical set-up pertaining to the visit. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferably in Communications Minimally 5 years of relevant experience in media relations and marcomm work Experience in managing a team Effectively bilingual and having good contacts with media will be added advantages Good communication and writing skills Good people relations skills and has a high level of service quality Highly driven, independent and enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment
