Responsibilities: The successful applicant will be responsible for primary focus on Digital and Integrated communications. He/She will be responsible for the creation and management of digital and social content, amongst a broad spectrum of communications work including media relations, corporate marketing, digital/social content development and analytics, as well as crisis and issues communications. Digital communications Manage and enhance company's digital platforms to maximise reach and drive engagement Leverage digital, online communications and analytics tools to achieve the company's messaging objectives Activate brand storytelling techniques to transform corporate milestones, events and developments into strong, compelling content to reach out to a diverse group of stakeholders Manage external partners in content development, and drive content optimisation to improve social engagement performance Develop a success matrix to measure the performance of digital initiatives, content and engagement results Integrated communications Craft and develop company announcements, extending the content across owned and paid digital channels Collaborate with team members to enhance the reach of media statements and interview / feature opportunities Corporate marketing (digital platforms) Conceptualise and manage the production of corporate collaterals, corporate advertising / branding materials in Singapore and key overseas markets for digital platforms Enhance corporate profiling through awards submissions Drive brand consistency by harmonising corporate identity guidelines across various operating markets Crisis / issues management and strategic / tactical communications Tap digital and social media intelligence in identifying potential crises, as well as tracking of coverage and mentions across all media and digital platforms Manage the dissemination of crisis communications across digital platforms Conduct sentiment and coverage analysis Requirements : Degree in Marketing/Communications or other relevant fields Possess 3 to 5 years of communications work experience with an aptitude for a range of communications functions Skilled in curating digital content, brand storytelling and analytics to enhance outreach Experience in brand story creation will be an advantage Adept at writing and developing digital content, including video production Excellent time and project management, able to coordinate with colleagues from various departments, manage vendors and liaise with external stakeholders Self-starter who's brimming with ideas Meticulous with good attention to detail
