Job Description

What the role is:The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to the General Manager (GM) in various corporate service functions for the Airport Logistics Park of Singapore (ALPS).What you will be working on:

• Providing company secretariat support to the GM \xe2\x80\xa2 Screening directors of lessees and tenants conducting business in the Free Trade Zone (FTZ) \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting in the preparation and submission of reports to SGCustoms and FTZ Operator (FTZO) Board, where applicable \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting in the selection and appointment of outsourced service providers \xe2\x80\xa2 Overseeing all administrative matters with the various outsourced services providers, including finance and human resources, company secretariat, insurance and legal, office management including lease/renovation of office property, supplies support, and IT system \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing procurement support for all contracts \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing reports for management

What we are looking for:

• Candidates with background in corporate service management with strong understanding of company secretariat functions and corporate governance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in report preparation and submission \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with office management and procurement processes \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
