Job Description
What the role is:The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to the General Manager (GM) in various corporate service functions for the Airport Logistics Park of Singapore (ALPS).What you will be working on:
- Providing company secretariat support to the GM Screening directors of lessees and tenants conducting business in the Free Trade Zone (FTZ) Assisting in the preparation and submission of reports to SGCustoms and FTZ Operator (FTZO) Board, where applicable Assisting in the selection and appointment of outsourced service providers Overseeing all administrative matters with the various outsourced services providers, including finance and human resources, company secretariat, insurance and legal, office management including lease/renovation of office property, supplies support, and IT system Providing procurement support for all contracts Preparing reports for management
- Candidates with background in corporate service management with strong understanding of company secretariat functions and corporate governance. Proficient in report preparation and submission Familiar with office management and procurement processes Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
