Job Description
What the role is:
We are looking for a Corporate Services Executive for the Airport Logistics Park Singapore.
What you will be working on:
- Company Secretariat Support Screen Directors of lessees and tenants doing business in Free Trade Zone Assist in the preparation and submission of reports to SG Customs and FTZO Board, where applicable Work with the General Manager (GM) to select outsourced service providers Oversee all admin matters, including third party insurance, company insurance Office management including lease/ renovation of office property, supplies support, IT System Provide Finance support on payment to service provider, disbursement of funds and consolidation of accounts for reporting Procurement support for all contracts Liaise with outsourced service vendors to support the daily function of subsidiary Generate/collate reports for reporting to GM and JTC HQ
Candidates with a background in business administration, finance, or related fields, with experience in office management, financial support, procurement, and compliance, would be well-suited for this role.
