Job Description
What the role is:
We are looking for a Corporate Services Executive for the Airport Logistics Park Singapore.
What you will be working on:
- Company Secretariat Support \xe2\x80\xa2 Screen Directors of lessees and tenants doing business in Free Trade Zone \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the preparation and submission of reports to SG Customs and FTZO Board, where applicable \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with the General Manager (GM) to select outsourced service providers \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee all admin matters, including third party insurance, company insurance \xe2\x80\xa2 Office management including lease/ renovation of office property, supplies support, IT System \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide Finance support on payment to service provider, disbursement of funds and consolidation of accounts for reporting \xe2\x80\xa2 Procurement support for all contracts \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with outsourced service vendors to support the daily function of subsidiary \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate/collate reports for reporting to GM and JTC HQ
Candidates with a background in business administration, finance, or related fields, with experience in office management, financial support, procurement, and compliance, would be well-suited for this role.
