Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. 4. Resolve customer complaints with tact in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Update customers on the latest products and services. 6. Ensure that the department's policies and procedures are adhered to by the team. 7. Ensure that the required service standards and customer satisfaction are met and take necessary corrective action if required. 8. Prepare written departmental processes and procedures for dissemination to internal/external stakeholders and follow through with the implementation accordingly. 9. Drive and proactively identify ways to improve the departmental processes and procedures. 10. Perform customer service duties at the customer service counter or reception counter (the duties include but are not limited to): - Process documents, collect commission payments (via cash, cheque or online payments), sale of merchandise, use POS system, handle office equipment (nets/credit card machine, copiers and computer terminals for customers). - Perform data entry using both internal and external software systems. - Manage walk-in customers, emails and telephone enquiries. 11. Perform any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned. Requirements: 1. Minimum a Diploma/Degree holder with 4 to 5 years working experience in Customer Service. 2. Preferably someone who has work experience in leading and managing a team in customer service duties. 3. Able to motivate the team to perform and exceed expectations. 4. Be proactive, manage pressure effectively and should have a 'can-do' attitude. 5. Excellent phone etiquette and possess good communication skills. 6. Ability to multitask and handle high volume of customers efficiently. 7. Computer literate in Microsoft Office. 8.
