KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Work as a core member of the Data & AI team and ensure high quality data on Eastspring\xe2\x80\x99s proprietary cloud-native Data & AI platform
• Develop and maintain data quality modules to support automated tracking and pre-emptive alerting mechanism in line with governance principles
• Engage with stakeholders to establish procedures and rules for data validation and quality metrics
• Create and implement plans to improve data quality by identifying causes of errors or discrepancies and determining effective solutions
• Develop Data Quality heath reports for stakeholders to monitor and observe data reliability across the platform
• Implement best practices in software development, such as Agile, DevOps and CI/CD, to accelerate delivery, break down culture barriers and promote automation tools that drive build and test
• Document work and new procedures to ensure that other colleagues can interpret and replicate the work
• Deliver consistent, accurate and high- quality work while communicating findings and insights in a clear and compelling way

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Collibra Data Quality tool and Databricks
• Strong technical skills in data and database management, with proficiency in data wrangling, analytics, and transformation using Python and SQL
• Proficiency in visual storytelling through data visualisation
• Experience in implementing data projects or change management is a plus
• CFA Level 1-3 certification or a good understanding of asset management would be an advantage
• Asset Management experience will be beneficial to understand and recommend the required data quality rules and remediation plan to the stakeholders
