Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Partnerships Promotion)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead/support in scaning the external environment to identify strategic areas of interest that support TP\'s needs
- Curate partnership opportunities for key accounts, schools and other polytechnics that meet TP\'s needs
- Identify and seek potential industry partners to explore collaboration on programmes and partnerships between industry and schools
- Articulate and present value proposition to external parties as well as engage internal stakeholders on collaborations
- Lead/Participate in negotiations, including for multi-polytechnics agreements with partners
- Lead/Support in drafting of terms sheet in collaboration agreements
- Lead projects independently and work with relevant stakeholders to plan and implement projects and activities that provide good learning outcomes for students and capability development for staff
- At least three years of related industry partnership experience
- Motivated and positive attitude, enjoys meeting and networking with people
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adopt a student learning centric perspective
- Good written, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong in administration and comfortable with database management
- Ability to exercise creativity and initiative
- Team player with good presentation skills
