What requirements you\'ll need to be eligible
- \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x99 Levels and preferably possessed professional certification in Insurance (i.e. M9, M5 and CHI);
- 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in customer servicing role (Life Insurance);
- Meticulous and accurate;
- Ensure the enquiries and requests received through emails/mails/fax are responded within the expected turnaround time;
- Manage and resolve policyholders\xe2\x80\x99, distribution representatives\xe2\x80\x99 and business partners\xe2\x80\x99 issues related to insurance matters;
